TCIM concentrates on individual companies rather than sectors or industries, for their equity accounts. They look for stocks that it believes are attractively priced based on an analysis of the company’s prospects for growth in earnings, cash flow, revenues and other relevant measures. In general, the firm focuses on companies with shareholder-oriented management dedicated to creating shareholder value. For the fixed income accounts, TCIM concentrates on security selection, sector allocation, yield-curve positioning, and duration management.

FSC is a long-term investor which seeks to generate sustainable earnings growth by dominantly investing in large-cap companies. The firm employs a predominantly bottom-up investment decision-making process managed by the Investment Committee. The committee formulates a macroeconomic and capital market outlook and evaluates the attractiveness of the various economic sectors and industries.
