Andrew Duff

Mr. Andrew S.

Bancorp (1996 through 2003), he served as president of Piper Jaffray and vice chair of U.S.
Bancorp for the wealth management group.
Mr. Duff was previously employed as a Trustee by Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association, Inc., an Independent Director by Arctic Cat, Inc., and a Vice Chairman by U.S.
Bancorp.
He also served on the board at Minneapolis Downtown Council.
He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Tufts University in Medford, Mass., and attended the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
